BIA Property Owners,
The King-Spadina HCD will be before TO East York Community Council tomorrow ( Wednesday, September 6th). We anticipate the HCD will be adopted, followed by adoption at Council.
The BIA, along with Allied Properties and consultant Michael McClelland from ERA will continue to review the HCD plan and make the necessary changes and recommendations for this plan to be acceptable.
Please provide me with your comments and concerns as we prepare objections and recommendations to support you during the appeal process.
