BIA Commercial Building Owners,
Bala Gnanam from BOMA Toronto (Building Owner & Manager Association of GTA) has extended an invitation for you to attend a meeting this Friday.
The purpose of this meeting is to inform the owners and managers of mid-tier* buildings about the recently passed Energy & Water Reporting and Benchmarking (EWRB) Regulation and the compliance requirements, as well as to inform them of the resources they could access to help them save energy and improve their bottom line.
*We define such owners and managers as those that own or manage single building or a portfolio of 1-10 buildings, with each building 50,000 – 100,000 square feet in size.
